Are you looking for a fun and easy recipe to make with your kids? In anticipation of the upcoming release of Cars 3, the folks at Disney sent me a recipe to share with my readers. It’s called Miss Fritter’s Corn Fritters and it’s an easy Cars 3 Recipe to make!
Miss Fritter’s Corn Fritters: An Easy Cars 3 Recipe!
First, who is Miss Fritter? She’s a new character in Cars 3 – a school bus that has quite a personality! We learned more about her character during a sneak peek of the movie at Cars 3 on the Road in Phoenix, but more about that in an upcoming post!
As for corn fritters, they are primarily a southern dish. We’ve never eaten corn fritters before, but the recipe is really easy to make. The instructions are easy to follow, and the recipe even has instructions to make cornmeal mix in case you can’t find cornmeal mix at your local store. As for my son, he enjoys helping me and my husband in the kitchen, especially stirring ingredients in a bowl. He was very excited to see – and eat! – the corn fritters once they were completed. The recipe suggests adding maple syrup to sweeten the taste, so we drizzled maple syrup for my son’s corn fritters and he loved it! They are delicious even without the maple syrup, though.

Cars 3 will be released on June 16th and as you can see, we are very excited to see it! See you at the movies 🙂
