Free Baseball Activity Sheets (Including Coloring Pages)
My family and I try to attend at least one game every year at Chase Field (home of the Arizona Diamondbacks), especially since it’s a very family friendly ballpark. Not only do we enjoy attending the games in person, but my son also plays little league baseball. We have been watching the Dbacks throughout the playoffs and now the World Series. And if the Dbacks aren’t your team, then I encourage you to check out your favorite baseball team’s website for activities that kids can do at home.
Activity Sheets
The Dbacks have several free activity sheets that you can print out directly from their website. Click here to download the coloring pages, here for a maze, here for a crossword puzzle, and here for a word search.
STEM Activities
My son attends a STEM school so I was thrilled to see that kids can learn how STEM correlates to baseball. Click here to learn about base running and the geometry of baseball. Likewise, click here to learn about the science of baseball! I’ve always enjoyed baseball, but I didn’t realize how it relates to STEM activities. So this is something that adults can learn from as well!
My family can’t wait to watch the World Series in person (we were able to purchase tickets for one of the games before it sold out), but in the meantime, I hope you and your kids enjoy these baseball-themed activity sheets.
